Food News: Pagliacci's 30 today, and the pizza's cheap
This is one gimmick I'm actually planning to take advantage of: Pagliacci's turning back their prices to what they were in 1979 in celebration of their 30th year in business.
I'm one of the lucky ones: I've spent most of my adult life writing about restaurants professionally (and eating for free! or rather, on an expense account) in Seattle and New York City, first for Citysearch.com and now as the Dining Editor at Seattle Magazine.
My obsession with food started in college when I began experimenting in the kitchen. I even tried making caramelized onions using sugar! But several restaurant jobs and plenty of home cooking has resulted in an even deeper passion for food, cooking and restaurants.
After a few years of living in New York City and Jackson Hole, WY, I'm now mom to a beautiful, smart little girl, wife to a slyly funny, handsome outdoorsman, and a food writer happy to be back home in Seattle writing for Seattle Magazine.

I don't know if there's any price at which Pagliacci's would be worth it, but I tend to lean towards NY-style pizzas, like Piecora's.
this is a steal. i will absolutely be taking them up on it. thanks for the info!
Out of curiousity, how much was their 1979 pizza prices?
