Younger people bring a demographic with more disposable income not to mention increased ratings.

Sad but true.

Dave
Socal ApartmentsAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3558893504662422589.post-22098590134462122102009-01-19T12:30:00.000-08:002009-01-19T12:30:00.000-08:00I am not sure it is age, but maturity. For me the w...I am not sure it is age, but maturity.

For me the whole Top Chef thing just goes down and down each season. None of the chefs on this season inspire me at all, and this last episode was a complete joke.

I can honestly say that 90% of food bloggers out there could cook better, cleaner, simpler food that highlighted the basic ingredients than the cooks on this show.

I couldn't believe what they did to the proteins this episode. Especially that poor young lamb.

I can only figure that most of them think that simple, elegant food won't show "what they can do", so they try and over-think, over-complicate things, and in the end make boring dated dishes.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3558893504662422589.post-75484995851946071982009-01-15T20:41:00.000-08:002009-01-15T20:41:00.000-08:00Hosea honored the starch. Ridonculous, as the kids say.KBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02170635245541055839noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3558893504662422589.post-22595535096131123962009-01-15T18:54:00.000-08:002009-01-15T18:54:00.000-08:00hey- saw you on another blog- Im from Seattle, too...hey- saw you on another blog- Im from Seattle, too!
